Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped from our factory in Northern Victoria, Australia. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and not all products can be shipped to international destinations. If you have a particular question please send us an email or fill in the form on the contact us page.

The majority of local Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post, tracking is usually available within 12hrs after the order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be emailed when the order is updated to the shipped status.

We also offer free delivery to your local Motorcycle Dealer/Workshop, when this option is selected please ensure you list the preferred dealer in the order comments section. These must be an established business with an ABN, we cannot send it to your mate with a backyard workshop. If no dealer is listed we will make an educated decision and choose one for you. For example if you have ordered a Kawasaki product then we will find the closest Kawasaki dealer and send the order to them. When you receive the the order updated as shipped email with the tracking number it will also list the Dealer/Workshop it has been sent to.

International orders are sent with multiple different carriers and not all carriers have tracking updates at each step, so please be patient while the order is on the way. International shipping has estimated delivery times and if your parcel has not arrived in this time frame please send us an email and we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier. Please note the estimated delivery times are from the dispatch date, not the order date. We recommend choosing the DHL option for international customers, as the economy and premium options can see delays.


Returns Policy

A replacement will be issued if the received product is faulty or damaged. But unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on custom graphics or products due to 'change of mind' or incorrectly ordered products. We can make alterations or changes to the design prior to production. But once the order is approved we cannot refund the order. Each order is produced as ordered, customised as requested and is not a stocked item and therefore cannot be resold.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed before production begins on the order, once manufacturing begins we cannot refund your order. If you request a refund before this cut-off we can cancel your order and refund your payment. Please note that the refund will be for the full amount less the transaction fee charged to us by the payment provider. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this and/or if you want to cancel your order.
