All of our orders are shipped from our factory in Northern Victoria, Australia. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and not all products can be shipped to international destinations. The majority of local Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post, tracking is usually available within 12hrs after the order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be emailed when the order is updated to the shipped status. Free shipping options use standard parcel post and exclude large exclude large items such as plastic kits.
We also offer free delivery to your local Motorcycle Dealer/Workshop, when this option is selected please ensure you list the preferred dealer in the order comments section. These must be an established business with an ABN, we cannot send it to your mate with a backyard workshop. If no dealer is listed we will make an educated decision and choose one for you. For example if you have ordered a Kawasaki product then we will find the closest Kawasaki dealer and send the order to them. When you receive the the order updated as shipped email with the tracking number it will also list the Dealer/Workshop it has been sent to.
International orders are sent with multiple different carriers and not all carriers have tracking updates at each step, the majority of Economy shipping options offer no tracking at all. So please be patient while the order is on the way and allow for delays with COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns. International shipping has estimated delivery times these are from the dispatch date once we complete and ship your order, not from the initial order date. We highly recommend choosing the DHL option for international customers, as the economy and premium options can see delays. If you choose either of these options please be patient while it makes its way to you.
Once the order leaves our factory it is out of our control. Please do not contact us for constant shipping updates, we have the exact same tracking information available to you, follow the shipping information supplied to you carefully. However if your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery time, send us an email and we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier to investigate it.
A replacement will be issued if the received product is faulty or damaged. But unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on custom graphics or products due to 'change of mind'. We can make alterations or changes to the design prior to production. But once the order is approved we cannot refund the order. Each order is produced as ordered, customised as requested and is not a stocked item and therefore cannot be resold.

Refunds can only be processed before production begins on the order, once manufacturing begins we cannot refund your order. If you request a refund before this cut-off we can cancel your order and refund your payment. Please note that the refund will be for the full amount less the transaction fee charged to us by the payment provider.
