Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Production Time: All orders are shipped from our factory in Northern Victoria, Australia. The production times listed on our webpage; Production Times give the most up to date information regarding the expected wait time for your order. The timeline estimate begins after receiving your order and payment has been processed. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. Free shipping is available for orders over $299AUD within Australia.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS
- Standard Postage: 4-7 business days
- Express Postage: 1-3 business days
- WA, NT, FNQ
- Standard Postage: 5-8 business days
- Express Postage: 4-5 business days

- Free Dealer Delivery: We also offer Free Delivery to your local Motorcycle Dealer/Workshop, this is an incentive to help dealers get customers into their store, and sometimes they are the ones fitting the graphics too. If there are multiple orders for the same dealership we can combine them and reduce freight costs. When this option is selected please ensure you list the preferred dealer in the order comments section. This must be an established business with an ABN, we cannot send it to your mate with a backyard workshop. If you have selected this free delivery option but want it changed to be delivered to your residential address there may be a small fee to change the shipping method after the order is placed.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order's progress.
2. International Shipping
- Processing Time: All orders are shipped from our factory in Northern Victoria, Australia. The timeline estimate begins after receiving your order and payment has been processed. Depending on your country’s customs processes, there may be delays beyond our control.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Upon checkout you will have access to the available shipping options in your country and the estimated delivery times for each service
- Customs and Import Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply to their order. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order.
3. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the courier with your tracking number. We will assist as much as possible.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to re-send the package.
4. Non-Response Clause
- If we require additional information from you to complete your order (e.g., confirmation of shipping details, approval of design proof or custom design specifications) and we do not receive a response within 30 days of our first communication attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order. A refund will be issued to you via the payment method used to place the order, minus any applicable processing fees (including the transaction fee charged to us by the payment provider) This may add up to be 5 - 10% of the total order value.
Returns Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalised graphics and sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Each order is produced as ordered, customised as requested and it is not a stocked item and therefore cannot be re-sold.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please fill in the form on the contact us page with your order number and details of the return request. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
