We've listed the most commonly asked questions below to save you time and help you understand the order and production stages.

 

MY ORDER SAYS AWAITING FULFILMENT, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This is the most common question we get asked, we try our best to have an accurate estimated production time, please check on the Production Times page for more information. Awaiting fulfilment means we have received your order, entered into our system, and begun production. But we haven't finished it yet, once your order has been completed your order status will be updated to shipped or completed and you will be emailed a tracking number. Until then please be patient while we manufacture your order. 

 

WILL YOU DESIGN MY GRAPHICS BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?

Unfortunately we only start setting up the artwork artwork once the order has been placed and paid for, we also don't start production until we have written approval for the artwork. This ensures you are 100% happy with the artwork before receiving the graphics.

 

DO YOU SEND A DESIGN PROOF WITH THE ARTWORK FOR THE GRAPHICS?

Yes we certainly can, most products have the option for a design proof where you can choose, "No, please proceed directly to production" or Yes, please email me a digital design proof. This design proof is a flat layout of your graphics, showing exactly what your graphics will look like printed. You can confirm the design, plastics, model and fitment from this proof. If you have any design changes, list them in the reply email and our designers will send you an updated proof. We do recommend selecting yes when placing your order as you can double check everything before moving onto production. There is no cost for choosing to see a design proof and it will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.

 

AM I ABLE TO ADD MY OWN PERSONAL BUSINESS LOGO TO MY DESIGN?

Definitely, you can upload your logo on the product order page or email it directly to us on sales@elitedesignco.com.au we can only use these files; .eps, .pdf, or .ai. If you don't have these logo files we can re-draw the logo for a small fee, or we can use a simple generic font. We can also create a new or revised business logo for you if you need.

 

CAN YOU FIT THE GRAPHICS TO MY PLASTICS?

Yes we can! To have us fit the graphics just select the add fitting on the graphics order when you add them to the cart. We also sell plastics and if we don't have your plastics listed on our website just shoot us an email. Orders with plastics will ship from our factory in Victoria, Australia. So please check with us for international customers as we may not be able to ship to some international customers.

 

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION NORMALLY TAKE?

The majority of our graphics are not stocked and are printed as ordered. Production times vary, but the easiest way to keep up to date is by checking our Production Times page. 

 

I DON'T SEE MY MODEL, CAN YOU MAKE GRAPHICS FOR MY BIKE?

All of our designs are typically mocked up on the latest 450cc motocross bike, but we can transfer that artwork into the template for any other model. If you have a particular model, especially older or less common just send us an email to confirm we have the template. If we don't have the template ready to go we can create one, we have the skills and facilities to template any model. We just need access to the bike or plastics to trace the shape of the plastics from.
